From the nations to the nations
One goal: reaching the nations from within. Join us on this mission to transform lives and make a lasting impact on the world.
WHO WE ARE
In 2013, we launched the RED 1:8 Church Planting Network in Oklahoma City. Since then, we have established over 50 biblical churches across North and Latin America, and extended our efforts to Puerto Rico in 2019. In 2021, we started the Send Network Español, training over 200 planters to establish churches in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
ENDOS Network was founded over a decade ago to identify, develop, and deploy church planters from thriving local congregations. Our community brings together multiethnic and multilingual churches under a robust doctrinal alignment and a mission-driven ethos. We work together to advance our shared vision and purpose, empowering each member to flourish in their mission and context.
Our Journey
Through the Years
2011
Quail Springs Baptist Church in Oklahoma City recognized a Sunday School in Spanish with 12 members. The group grew to 40 and became Quail Springs Baptist Church’s Hispanic Ministry, also known as Iglesia Bautista de Quail Springs in the Hispanic community.
2012
The Iglesia Bautista de Quail Springs started a mission to share God’s Word with 500 Puerto Rican inmates at a local prison. They established Iglesia Jesús El Alfarero, which transformed many lives. Two more churches were founded in Oklahoma City, bringing hope and faith to those in need.
2013
R1:8 Church Planting Network was founded to help plant churches in Oklahoma. It expanded its work to other cities, including Salt Lake City, Miami, Toronto, San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Idaho, and Oklahoma City. To support its mission, it also established partnerships with NAMB.
2014
R1:8 partnered with SEBTS in August 2014 to send planters for Church Planting Certification or Master’s Degree. Many churches were established across the US, and some planters began their studies at SEBTS until summer 2016.
2016
R1:8 created a Spanish residency program in August 2017 to address the missing piece in the incredible work that God was doing among Hispanics, after being moved by a desire to create change at the NAMB’s Church Planting Pipeline Roundtable.
2017
The RESIDENCY trained 26 interns, 14 became planters, 4 pastored/revitalized, 1 is on mission with IMB, 2 didn’t plant, and only 1 didn’t finish the program.
2020
NAMB entrusted R1:8 with the task of multiplying the RESIDENCY in Spanish across North America.
2021
Four churches started RESIDENCIES in Washington, D.C., Miami, FL, Houston, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT.
2022
Five other churches began RESIDENCIES in Elizabeth, NJ, Queens, NY, South Carolina, San Diego, CA, and Toronto, Canada.
2023
Eight churches began residencies in Denver, Colorado, Fredericksburg, VA, New Orleans, Louisiana, Raleigh, North Carolina, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, Illinois, Tallahassee, Florida, and Bakersfield, California.
2024
Endos Network is born.

Distinctives
And Values
ENDOS advocates for the application of biblical principles that foster unity among churches transcending our differences in non-essentials issues:
Christ-Centered Integrity and Proclamation
At the core of our leadership, preaching, and church initiatives lies an unwavering dedication to the transformative power and truth inherent in the gospel. With steadfast integrity, we resolutely proclaim the message of our Sovereign Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, embracing the profound impact of His teachings.
Kingdom-Focused Mindset
Our commitment to the gospel transcends the boundaries of our immediate sphere. Our active engagement, continuous learning, and strategic partnerships propel us towards an expansive vision. This dedication surpasses mere involvement; it involves the deliberate multiplication of the Kingdom through strategic and purposeful church planting initiatives. We aim not only to be participants but catalysts for the flourishing of God’s Kingdom in every community we touch.
Bible-Based Convictions
Our unwavering convictions are firmly rooted in the bedrock of Sola Scriptura. At the core of our faith lies the resolute belief that the Bible, as the infallible, inspired, and inerrant Word of God, serves as the solitary and supreme authority shaping our doctrinal convictions, ecclesiastical practices, and the entirety of our lives. We assert the absolute sufficiency and clarity of Scripture, recognizing it as the ultimate and timeless guide that governs every facet of our theology, informs our worship, and directs our moral compass.
Elder-Led Congregationalism Leadership
We advocate for a leadership model in churches with a plurality of male elders/pastors/shepherds. We reject the distinction between the ‘gift of pastor’ and the ‘office of pastor.’ We do not endorse the designation ‘pastor’ for women or women assuming pastoral responsibilities encompassing the entire church. The local congregation holds the ultimate earthly authority in church matters. Our commitment aligns with biblical principles for collaborative leadership and congregational authority.
Expository Preaching Impact
At the heart of our mission to equip the church is the practice of in-person expository preaching. This method occupies a central role in our approach as we endeavor to unfold the rich truths of Scripture with unparalleled clarity and depth. Through the power of expository preaching, we aim to facilitate a profound impact of the whole counsel of God on the lives of those we serve. This commitment to in-depth, scriptural exposition serves as a cornerstone in our dedication to nurturing a deep understanding and transformative experience of the Bible within our community.
Context-Driven Implementation
Embracing the rich tapestry of diverse ethnicities, languages, and groups within our network, our approach to church planting and training is marked by the careful crafting of adaptable models and methods. Our intention is to resonate authentically with various contexts and cultures, ensuring that the timeless truth of the gospel is communicated in a manner deeply relevant to the people we aspire to reach.
Why?
Our mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide, following the biblical model of establishing churches. We use a GLOCAL approach, combining global and local outreach efforts to align ourselves with God’s work on every continent.
Where?
We carry out our mission through a transformative five-year program that equips local churches to identify, train, and empower future church planters and their wives.
How?
Our goal is not just to launch new churches but to create lasting impact, transforming communities and fostering a deeper connection to shared values.
Our Church Planting
Residency Program
We have developed a 5-year plan to bring the church from inception to multiplication.
This plan involves a series of strategic milestones intended to achieve our goals within the given timeframe.
Upon reading this, you might wonder, “What benefit could there be for a church planter, revitalizer, or pastor of an already established church?” At ENDOS, we believe that no one has reached the ultimate goal, and everyone can benefit from and be blessed by the experiences of others. That’s why we want pastors to be able to receive:
In order to access these benefits, an established church needs to sign our Membership Agreement and affirm each of our Distinctives and Values. Additionally, it must commit to sending 2% to 5% of its monthly income to our network to help us fulfill the mission of initiating new churches.
Moreover, we kindly ask our churches to align with our Statement of Faith, Distinctives, and Values. Our beliefs and practices are based on the following Evangelical Statements:
- New Hampshire (1853, Adapted)
- Chicago on Biblical Inerrancy (1978)
- Danvers on Biblical Manhood & Womanhood (1988)
- Nashville on Marriage (2017)
Pastoral Care
for Pastor and Wife
Pastoral care for the pastor, his wife, and children involves the application of biblical principles and teachings to provide guidance, support, and restoration in various areas of life. This approach recognizes the authority and relevance of the Bible as a source of wisdom and truth to address the challenges and difficulties faced by the pastor, his spouse, and their children.

We have Partnered
with Diverse Ministries
At ENDOS Network, we partner with a diverse range of ministries to equip churches for the Great Commission while nurturing believers. Together, we offer comprehensive resources tailored to your congregation's needs, fostering an ecosystem where people are equipped, empowered, and inspired to pursue their faith and participate in transformative ministry.
There are various ways to join us.
A way to join our mission is by becoming one of our partners through both prayer and financial support. Your contribution can take various forms, whether it’s a one-time gift or a commitment to monthly or recurring support. You can direct your support to one of these four impactful options:
Church Planting: Contribute to the establishment and growth of new churches, spreading the reach of our mission.
Partner with a Church Planter: One of the significant challenges for churches wishing to engage in church planting is determining with whom to collaborate, understanding how their congregations can actively participate in this missionary work, and finding ways to provide financial support. Through Endos, churches interested in establishing a direct partnership with one of our church planters for a minimum of 3 years can do so and channel their financial assistance through our organization. This ensures that the funds reach the planter, their family, and/or the church directly.
Sponsor a Member of the Team: Directly support an individual team member by contributing to their salary. This sponsorship empowers them to dedicate their efforts wholeheartedly to our shared cause, ensuring sustained commitment and impact.
Pastoral Care: Channel your support towards the well-being and care of our pastoral community, ensuring they can continue their vital work with strength and resilience.
If you have any questions, please send us a message!
